Return books of the Road Department, 1866-1867.

Volumes, 1866-1867, include 16 page sections of printed forms filled in by the section masters and record inventories of tools, pay time records for wages, rations for laborers, materials transferred by rail, livestock killed by engines, and repair of road beds. The volumes were printed for the company by Johnson and Schaffter, a Lynchburg printing establishment.
